What this dashboard is

Each institute is analysed on its own page — applicant funnel, CET/JEE score distributions, CET-band conversion, and candidate-level tables. There are no cross-institute comparisons or rankings by design. Numbers are recomputed from the 58,265 raw application rows and pass an exact reconciliation against the shipped Summary sheet (see Methodology).

Applicant funnel · where this institute's applicants ended up

CET percentile distribution · % of each group

JEE score distribution · applicants who sat JEE

Conversion by CET band · IL-seat yield within this institute

IL-seat admitted candidates

Application IDCandidateCETJEE

All applicants to this institute

Application IDCandidateCETJEEOutcome
Outcome is derived per application row: IL seat here / here on another seat / admitted at a different institute (not named — no inter-institute comparison) / not admitted anywhere.

CAP closing percentiles per course per round (higher = tighter). "NA" = no closing figure published for that round/seat. Source: FE2025 CutOff sheet — a separate dataset from the IL applicant data above.

Methodology & accuracy notes
  • Reconciliation gate. Every institute's Total Applicants, Admitted-here, IL Seats Filled, and the three averages were recomputed from the 58,265 raw application rows and asserted to match the shipped Summary sheet exactly at build time. The file does not render if any value disagrees.
  • Applications vs candidates. The raw data holds one row per application, not per person: 58,265 rows are 17,731 distinct candidates (~3.3 institutes each). "Applications" counts rows; a candidate recurs across the institutes they applied to.
  • "Admitted here" ≠ "IL seats filled". Admitted-here counts everyone admitted at the institute on any seat type; IL Seats Filled is the IL-quota subset. Candidate-level detail exists only for the IL subset (the AdmittedTo_Top15_AtIL sheet). The gap is shown as "Other seat here".
  • Missing scores. In the applicant data, no-JEE and no-CET are stored as 0. "Avg CET · applicants" includes those zeros to match the source Summary; the excl-zeros figure and the % with a real score are shown alongside. JEE distributions exclude the zeros and report how many had no JEE.
  • Scale. CET and JEE values are 0–100 percentile-style scores (verified: min 0, max 100).
  • Scope. Applications target 18 institutes — the 15 core Top-15 (full stats) plus 3 that appear only as destinations (5139, 6250, 6272; funnel only, marked ▹).
  • No inter-institute comparison by design: no rankings, no migration matrix, "admitted elsewhere" is never attributed to a named competitor.
  • Offline & static. One HTML file, all data embedded, no network calls. A frozen snapshot — regenerate the file to refresh.
